      Finally got a chance to investigate what is wrong with laptop, all USB ports, few switches and memory pwm are dead, it still can be fixed but definitely cannot lead to blinking code from description. The only idea, laptop comes with memory pwm issue and seller tried to get it on putting power to all port and introduced more damage. From my point it's misadvised item, but considering it was listed as is I will not give you negative feedback. In other as described, good package and fast shipping
