The seller's description mentioned nothing of the torn holo or the badly scuffed case. They said that it was in the pictures so that was their duty to disclose the condition of the item. If those sort of issues existed it should definitely be stated in the listing description instead of an AI listing. Seller's response to me was tough luck. Not a good customer service experience.
