    Product arrived much ahead of scheduled delivery and was extremely well packaged. This product was described as used but appears like brand new. Seller was generous enough to add an additional SD memory card for compensation of not having the color of phone I originally purchased.     Great communication with the seller and VERY fast shipping; the description stated that I would likely receive it two months after purchase, but it actually arrived just over a week later despite living in New Zealand! The item is functional, however I would not call it "approaching a brand new appearance with almost no scratches" as the keypad is quite scuffed - still functional and not a dealbreaker, but I was expecting something that appears almost new.
