Contacted seller and the best they could do after failing on their quality checks prior to shoes being shipped was to offer $15 refund on over a $50 purchase. No option to return or store credit offered. Generic customer service pretending to have a good intention. It is important to clarify that we accept returns for errors and when the products are returned in the same way that we sent them and eBay is aware of this.
