      Received item knowing the case was warped (as described) and later found out the tape itself was not working properly. Seller immediately gave a refund despite the order being more than two weeks old by that point, and was very kind! I'm sad the tape is unwatchable, but it's not their fault and the amazing customer service was unexpected. Great to see a seller who cares about the condition of their items!!!
