Seller's communication with me could be better : seller did not answer my questions about the doll until I purchased the doll , after I purchased the doll seller finally answered my questions . The shipping cost was high .

      I think this buyer is confused. She acted really confused when she sent me a lot of questions about the doll, how clean she was, wondering if her outfit was original, etc. I answered to the best of my ability and took more pictures for her. I didn't reply when she started sending messages asking for a discount because the doll didn't have shoes. Regarding shipping--rates are determined by weight and distance--buyer knows the cost up front and makes the decision whether to buy or not.
