      I have asked several times for the collection address & a time I could collect the item I purchased from this seller; the seller has not responded. I opened a eBay case up to get my issue resolved & the seller still has not responded. E-Bay is not allowing me to be able to take this any further at this point & I still have not received my item or a refund. I'm not happy the way this seller does business, I'm even less happy the way eBay lets this go on & they are not helping me to resolve this!
