Seller charged $25 to ship a $10 box, Unsuitable box saved her money. Seller was dishonest and refused to file a claim despite eBay T&Cs mandating seller responsibility. Seller still refuses to process refund, requiring escalation to eBay, then stopped responding 2 days ago.
