These fit much better than the ECS ones i returned (400$) that were an inch off. There is gaps in the middle on both sides. Otherwise the depth end edges are perfect. Overall great buy. I think only hardcores can notice the difference. If your M is super exceptional get the OEM. If it's ok to decent drive quality these are fine enough.

Fitment is easier than stock due to the flexibility of these pieces. I used 3M 2-sided tape (not included) to adhere these to my bumper. They line up really well with the borders of the bumper - only a couple mm of overhang on one side. The other is flush. Given how thin these are, I’m planning to PPF them to avoid deterioration. I’m guessing that a big enough rock would do some significant damage.

Mind you, I just installed it 2 days ago and drove the car only several miles since then, but so far, these splits look great! Taping them in place was a tedious process, as you have to be extremely careful with the sticky tape (not included), but at least they fit the air-ducts relatively snuggly, with only a few imperfections.
