disappointed that bulbs were shipped in filmsy plastic bag envelope shipping container.

This has been a standard method of shipping C7 LEDs for the last 7 years, with no reported damage. The LEDs are hard plastic and protected from any damage by the bubble wrapped shipping envelope. We do apologize if you do not agree with this method.
