I'm sorry you didn't receive your item. The item was not damaged. I could not find it in my inventory. I had a bout with cancer and things got -- lets just say less organized for quite awhile -- and this item was somehow lost or misplaced. I issued and immediate full refund. I think you're the first complaint I've had in 7 years on Ebay. FWIW - I'm 71 years old with 6 kids / 14 grandkids / 1 great grandchild and I do this for fun -- and beer and pizza $$ -- and I provide excellent service.
