Right to Withdrawal

Please find below our right to withdrawal conditions [DE: Widerrufsrecht; NL: herroepingsrecht] that guide our online business offerings:

1. When purchasing goods, the buyer has the opportunity to rescind the purchase agreement within 7 working days without giving a reason. This term starts the day that the buyer receives the goods sold.

2. During this term, the buyer has to carefully handle the goods sold and their packaging. The buyer will only unwrap and/or use the goods to the extent that the buyer can check whether or not he/she wants to keep the goods sold. If the buyer would like to claim the right to withdrawal he/she has to return the goods sold –if reasonably possible- in their original condition and packaging to Jeep-Parts. Jeep-Parts will supply the buyer with clear and reasonable return instructions.

3. If the buyer decides to use his/her right to withdrawal, the buyer only has to pay for the costs of the return shipment(s).

4. In cases where the buyer has already paid for the goods sold, Jeep-Parts will repay the buyer as quickly as possible after receiving the return shipment (maximum up to 30 days).

5. Jeep-Parts can only exclude the buyer’s right to withdrawal in cases where Jeep-Parts has clearly mentioned such an exclusion in its offer on a timely basis (i.e. before a purchase agreement has been reached).

6. Exclusion from the right to withdrawal is only possible for goods:

a) prepared by Jeep-Parts for the buyer according to the buyer’s specifications;

b) missing the identification mark(s) applied by Jeep-Parts;

c) personal in nature;

d) unable to be returned due to their nature;

e) quickly spoiling or aging;

f) subject to price changes stemming from fluctuations in the financial markets on which Jeep-Parts has no control;

g) single newspapers and magazines;

h) audio- and video-recordings and computer software from which the seal is broken;
