1. If your product arrives with damaged packaging please either refuse delivery or ensure that the deliverer makes a note of the damage. Then please photograph and contact us.
 
If your purchase is sent using the postal service then also please photograph and contact us
 
2. All glass and ceramics are securely packaged but we are not responsible for any breakages nor can we insure this risk.
 
2a. Unless otherwise listed or requested by the Buyer all Glass is removed before shipping.
 
2b. Picture frames are offered and sent as a zero value item and if you do want the frame please tell us immediately when you buy and we will remove it.
 
3. We aim to describe as thoroughly as possible. As many of our products are not new fair consideration should be given for any defects you find.Naturally if we should totally misdescribe an item (well you never know, but not done since 1971, then please contact us for return instructions.
