I received my order in perfect shape, THE BEST packing ever. 5 Stars. My breaker look great but it did not turn ON or OFF.
I thought that is was just tripped, but sadly no. I been selling breakers since 1989 and I know how to re set breakers of any make. This one was gone. I do not know if the seller did turn it on and off before selling it to me, Very disappointing.
