Terms and conditions of the sale
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving, for a full refund, and must be in the same condition as received.
 
Defected items must be reported within 7 days of receiving.
 
Items received damaged in transit must be reported the same day of delivery and signed for as damaged if the packaging is damaged in any way.
 
All items sold by Bioteknik South East Ltd come with a 3 month guarantee against defects and other hardware related faults.
Batteries, projector lamps and software are not covered under warrantees of any kind.
 
The removal of any of our VOID stickers by the customer or any other 3rd party invalidate any warranty.
 
Serial numbers are recorded of items sold.
 
A restock charge will apply to any items that are returned to us due to the buyer not collecting from the click and collect address they chose the item go to or for the courier being unable to deliver because no one was at the delivery address to take the parcel or for the misuse of returns.
Misuse of returns would include opening returns as faulty but found to be fully working, damaging an item and then opening a return for it.
Returning as faulty due to software incompatibility due to customer not researching correctly the compatibility of the item for the needs they intend to use it for.
A restock charge will also apply when a customer returns an item after using it and we have to spend time reinstalling software and removing customers data, etc
The restock charge will not exceed 20% with a minimum deduction charge of £4 of the sale of the goods.
