Seller notes: “This is a stunning Sharp GF-450 portable stereo radio and cassette boom box. The radio and one ... “This is a stunning Sharp GF-450 portable stereo radio and cassette boom box. The radio and one cassette deck work fine. Sadly the other deck is faulty. It has really good sound quality as you'd expect from a nice vintage product - much better production values than today! It can run off either batteries or a figure 8 mains lead. A mains lead is included but you would need to supply your own batteries. I have tested it with mains only so can't guarantee whether the battery function works. As shown in the photos there has been a battery leak in the past. It has a carry handle which is good working order and the radio aerial is in good shape with no bends or snapped off end. The shell has a few scuffs and knocks etc as you may expect from something designed to be carried around and played outdoors etc. It also has some dust and dirt in the little nooks and crannies and the odd little bit of wear and scuff to the printed design. There is some light discolouration to the buttons I think.”
