    Asked seller if they could get item to me in time for a specific date, ordered immediately at their request. Item did not arrive on time- RM tracking stated they are expecting it. Seller refunded as they failed to deliver in time. However, it’s been nearly 2wks now and the item has still not arrived - whilst I was fully refunded, the fact it never arrived & the quick no questions asked refund leads me to believe it was never sent. Item is no longer needed but I feel utterly mislead and let down.

    The item didn't arrive so we refunded the customer as per their request. We refunded promptly as that is what we promised to do. The fact that the customer was still waiting for it to arrive after requesting a refund is suspicious.
