This is incorrect information. The item was sealed in a package, brand new. I had no clue the battery would be dead when I shipped it because I never opened the item. He blamed me for the dead battery. I asked if he could buy a new battery? He said no, and then I offered to refund him completely if he shipped me the item back. He declined and instead bought a battery to try and fix item himself. I took all responsibility in offering to refund his money. He declined my offer.
