    The seller has sent out secondhand shop soiled boots which we’ve sent in photos to prove that they were shop soiled Boots says they’re brand-new. It is quite clear from the photos that I am putting on this page and sent to the seller that that wasn’t the case. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller big red flag.

    Bit harsh given we accepted return, refunded buyer in full and also paid return postage costs from Australia. Not sure how this warrants a 'big red flag' comment but can't please everyone.
