This customer failed to enter tracking into the return request. We asked the customer to once the item was received so the refund option would appear and instead of doing so, he closed the return, rendering it impossible to refund. Would love to send a refund if the customer had handled his return correctly. This has been reported to ebay multiple times requesting them to reopen the request so it can be refunded, but no response yet.
