Unfortunately when I installed it into my printer I found it would not print. I contacted the seller who said that I could either have a refund or a replacement cartridge. I chose to have another cartridge and this was delivered within a couple of days. I installed it into my printer and it immediately printed. I will certainly buy from Tropical Ink again.
