I shipped this item out the very next day.It was held up by usps. I sent her the tracking and updated her. She still chooses to contact eBay CS saying that I took weeks to ship it out even though she can see from the tracking that I shipped it immediately.She then decides to buy the exact item even though she knows this one is on the way to her. She then requests a refund stating that I took weeks to ship and sends me a message saying that she wishes she could give me negative feedback twice.
