Seller is using the free USPS priority flat rate boxes as his packaging box underneath a polly mailer. Completely unethical and illegal. Abuses of the system like this lead to increased USPS prices for the rest of us.

This buyer has lie and took advantage of the ebay policy also try to blackmail us with in to not using shipping form the USPS we have the massage to prove it Ebay is investigating the case and will take action on to this matter the only thing here illegal is what this buyer trying to do lying and making serious accusations with no proof and trying to blackmail sellers.

I hope they do investigate it. I also hope USPS investigates it. Placing a Small Flat Rate Priority USPS box inside a polly mailer and sending it Ground Advantage is illegal, and a violation of federal law.
