I contacted the seller 7 times without a response on shipping until after I contacted ebay customer service and told the seller they needed to provided shipping updates and the seller did not do this in the required timeline provided to them by eBay. The worst part is that they shipped another hat and asked me to purchase another one because eBay had refunded me based on there guarantee. They now shipped it again and sent it to the wrong state.
