The starter arrived in good shape.I haven’t installed it yet but it looks like the old starter still in my car.I think this is a good buy,I try to avoid remanufactured parts as I have had some problems with them.This starter is definitely brand new.I will update the experience with fitting and operation once I install it.It did take a pretty good tour of the US before crossing the border,but I didn’t need it right away.Still on my original starter but being a 2001 it’s just a matter of time
