Seller pictured the keyboard box explicitly and then didn’t ship the item in it. The box was in one of the five photos all by itself and present in the others next to the keyboard. The shipping was cost was also suspiciously high for standard, slow shipping. After a polite inquiry asking why the box wasn’t shipped, I got a rude one line response. If you can find what you want from another seller, I’d buy from them and avoid this account.

The buyer did not make a polite request. They very very rude. The buyer bought a used/ open box. They got a new item in a white box and not the color box. We sold the item not the box. And the listing said the color box is not included.

Received the item, but it wasn’t in the original box pictured in the listing…did something happen to it?”You decide if that’s rude. I would also like people to know that only after I left this feedback did the seller update the description to mention the “white box.” As I said, buy with caution, you are rolling the dice with this individual.
