Hello buyer, I'm sorry your item had an issue. I gave you two options when you told me about the defect. I said you can return for a full refund or I could give you a partial refund. You chose a partial refund and I gave you half your money back thinking that in good faith the issue was resolved. Then you give me bad feedback?? That is unacceptable for a buyer to do when you received what you asked for! I'll give you the opportunity to take away the negative feedback before I report you to ebay.
