These armpads are the perfect replacement for the Aeron chair. High quality and virtually the same as the originals. Shipping was very quick and communication fantastic. In fact, there was an issue with the first pair shipped - nothing to do with the vendor - a local shipping company 'delivered' them - outside on the street where they were stolen. Ann did not hesitate to send out a new pair even while I was in dispute with the delivery people. Fantastic service and product. Highly recommended.
