Have been messaging buyer and asked for a couple of extra days to see if the tracking would update as the items went from UK- America- Germany. Which was very strange. Buyer opened a case today with Ebay and i am sending more items as agreed with the buyer as i messaged through the request they opened. Shame about the negative feedback as we have been communicating. Postage is slow sometimes and this is an unfortunate redirect by the American postal service
