The items exact description was... "This was just taken off of a brand new never opened factory sealed mower right out of the box." (No paper diagram was ever to be included, sorry) - PLEASE ASK BEFORE ORDERING instead of leaving bad feedback expecting something that was never offered after ordering for any seller, ty.
