Despite contacting the seller after the delivery date I received the items weeks later. Although the seller had allegedly sent the order I did not receive any notification that it had been posted. I waited patiently but had to contact seller a week later to chase order. I understood the reason for the delay, however I received no advanced communication warning me of the delay, not great customer service.

This order was sent out on time but via royal mail 2nd class therefore no tracking number is given only a Certificate of Postage which I have. The order did not arrive therefore I asked if a replacement was ok or a refund, the buyer wanted a replacement. This was sent out next cay delivery via Evri and a tracking number given. It took Evri 2 working days to deliver the item. I couldn't do anymore than I did as the missing item has still not turned up anywhere therefore I am out of pocket.
