No communication whatsoever to inform of its status of despatch nor were any tracking details given. I had no idea when it would be arriving. A phone call from the courier to said something would be delivered two days later, but could not tell me what or from whom. Then had to walk down the road and physically carry it back home myself from the courier's truck. Also, it would have been courteous if the seller could have made just that little bit of effort to make sure to spell my name correctly.

Surely its good it got there on time in perfect condition and pallet company called 2 days prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time? Pallets unlike parcels do not have conventional tracking numbers so there was none to give & I imagine truck access was the only reason they could not get right to your door? Our label was 100% correct with your details and ours shown very clearly. If pallet co did not transfer these details to their own consignment note correctly I can only apologise.
