Not what I expected. Received an item with a gem missing an eye of a large fish pendant. Received an item monogrammed with an R which is strange, monogram with an M would have been more appropriate. Item was shipped on the following Monday after I paid. However I am not unhappy but not completely happy with the purchase. Will think twice again about ordering items not pictured. Would consider buying from seller again with specific pictures it item. Communication was good.

We did our best to customize the lot for you, silver and gold tone, animals and No clips.... The eye of the fish may have wiggled loose in shipping, it is most likely in the packaged little bag. We do send extra pieces as well, so your R piece was most like one of the extras. Thanks so much
