Der Adapter ist tadellos.
Lt. Versandmitteilung hätte er allerdings erst in 4 Wochen eintreffen sollen. Aber auf solche Mitteilung kann man wenig geben; oft dauert's auch 5 Wochen und noch länger, bis der angeblich bereits zugestellte Artikel tatsächlich eintrifft. Da kann der Adapter selbst nichts dafür, und wie gesagt: der ist in Ordnung.

Has arrived. Metalwork nicely done. External finish appropriate. Internal finish usefully ridged but needs a flat mat paint prior to use, otherwise worse than useless. All internal light passages must be totally none reflective, flat, and preferably black. I immediately paint my internal surfaces with NATO black or use Japanese Hobby flocking sheets. A lustre over ridging does not serve.
