Buyer claims he measured rope with "specialiste measureing devise," the pictures that we received showed that the measurement was performed with a plastic ruler. We confirmed that the items buyer received was checked and they were correct diameter. Buyer didn't wish to return or cooperate. We also note buyer has left negative feedback related to incorrect size for 3 other ebay stores.

they sent a product that was wrong size.ropes are hard to measure,i have specialiste measureing devise but argueing over 2mm is difficult.so i let it go.
