The item stated “No Scratches” but the screen was riddled with scratches. When I contacted the seller, they simply told me a used item has its wear its tear and offered only a $5 refund. I completely understand a used item is used, however, this item was *specifically* advertised as NO SCRATCHES, also $5 is not adequate compensation. Did not have a good exp with them. The item itself is working just fine but I was under the impression from how the ad I was getting something different
