I took this watch to a reputable and experienced jeweler who said it is NOT a Citizen brand watch. It arrived with a dead battery and that if anything else goes wrong with it that it will not be repairable. The band will take many hours to size, as it is not made to do so. Because he felt sorry for me and my mistake for buying the watch, he is doing the work of replacing the battery and sizing the band for a nominal fee. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase.
