Per our description in the listing: "Again PLEASE NOTE: These are custom made - We estimate a 2.5 week turn around." And detailed instructions were included in the box. And more importantly why didn't you write if you couldn't find the instructions?? This is a very rare negative among 2,500+ positives and proof that you can't please everybody.
