I received only 1 from the 2 I ordered. The seller asked if I wanted a part refund. I asked for the other to be sent but, without even responding to my reply, the seller sent a part refund even if the seller is still selling the item.

Buyer opened a dispute stating the goods never arrived. As a result we had to refund their entire order even though one arrived OK. If the buyer had closed the dispute we could have sent the missing bulb. So far they have received one bulb sent to Malta and paid nothing for it.
