I bought a huge selection of insoles to try and help me with plantar fasciitis but these were by far the best ones. The silicone makes them mold to my foot and give support to my arch whilst taking pressure off my heel. This way I could still wear my regular shoes without having my heel pushed out of them the way other insoles have done. Very comfortable yet supportive too.
