    Item as described. Received safely. I used it to balance a Honda CB750 and it transformed it. The valves to reduce needle flicker work well. Spare O rings are included though those fitted survived the heat of an air cooled engine. There's no gauge zeroing facility but you can swap a pair of gauges over to prove your readings.
