The box had definitely been opened and taped back shut. I found the plastic packaging for the liners inside had also been opened. The label on the box was partially torn off. I was shocked to see the liners were very tiny. They would maybe be a size large for a small child, but not a large for an adult. The picture on the box shows adults. Very disappointed to say the least and no returns.
