When item did not arrive by due date, I asked Seller to check with the Shipper because item was clearly being mis-routed (“Item out for delivery”and 2 days later was 1,200 miles away). Seller’s response was, “ It’s not up to us” and did nothing! These people think that they should do everything the way they want, but you have to be patient and wait. They sent it to you. It happens that the mail is delayed. There is nothing wrong with that.
