While this item was found on Ebay, it was listed as "new." When it arrived, it did have a merchandise tag that indicated $20.00. It is made in India but no laundering instructions could be found on the garment. I will error on the side of caution, opt to hand wash in cold water and air dry (flat). It looks very nice on but I think I could have done with a larger size than Medium. It was a penny less than how it was marked and shipping charge was reasonable. First time buying clothing.
