I ordered a hard to find perfume for my daughters Christmas back in early November. This was one of the few things she asked for. It showed shipped, but didn’t arrive. It took threats for the seller to respond. They lied and told me they would ship the next day and it would be here in a week. Again, it didn’t come. I had to file a claim to get a refund eventually and to get the seller to respond the last time. So now it is 8 days before Christmas and I have no gift. Sorry doesn’t solve this.
