Order cancelled because i questioned one of the items, I wasn’t accusing them just asking if someone had sold them like that. I bought another otter from elsewhere as would never buy from here again

The buyer was very threatening and accused me of selling fake goods.the Aynsley frogs are back on sale and are genuine
She requested a partial refund so I refunded her money and blocked her from buying from me again
This is so unfair and it should be the buyer not me who is penalised.

As far as I am aware this is not Aynsley and a box and sticker does not prove that, I had the same thing from China and I even checked with Aynsley themselves if I was wrong I would have apologised but I did only ask a question and then got about 4 responses back the seller cancelled the order. I was just asking because the seller may have bought it from someone who passed it off as Aynsley, I was not accusing them as I would have understood
