New and appear to be genuine. Sadly since my last purchase in March of 2022 Pandora has made these half as thick and a bit smaller. Very disappointed w Pandora, not the seller. This transaction was EZ and the earrings arrived in perfect condition despite USPS sending them back and forth between the delivery city and one 8 miles away which delayed arrival by 3 days (thanks to tracking).
