I'm sorry that you're disappointed but there was communication (I have screenshots of the messages sent). Sellers have no control over USPS delays. Once packages are in the post office's possession a seller has no control over the speed at which packages are scanned, transported, and delivered.

Shoes do appear to be worn, the logos are faded off several areas and sticky stuff on the bottom, this may be from a tag not sure but still glad to have them.

I purchased these shoes brand new from Nordstrom Rack, and the "sticky stuff" you're referring to is likely from the Nordstrom stickers that I peeled off. They were not worn at any point in between my purchasing them and me sending them to you.
