Pour cela, le Client peut contacter au préalable le Vendeur par téléphone afin d'obtenir un numéro et un bon de retour ainsi que l'adresse du lieu de retour. Un numéro Azur (prix d’un appel local) est mis à disposition du Client sur la facture. Si l'article est renvoyé incomplet ou endommagé au Vendeur, le Client ne pourra prétendre à aucun remboursement.
