Order cancelled because i questioned one of the items, I wasn’t accusing them just asking if someone had sold them like that. I bought another otter from elsewhere as would never buy from here again

The buyer was very threatening and accused me of selling fake goods.the Aynsley frogs are back on sale and are genuine
She requested a partial refund so I refunded her money and blocked her from buying from me again
This is so unfair and it should be the buyer not me who is penalised.
Please be aware that she has left me 2 negatives Next time it could be you Blocked so don't try to buy any more of my items
